NEW NORCIA SHELF CLOUD

Another busy day today chasing the weather around the countryside and, after already scoring a severe storm near Regans Ford 40 mins prior to this, I headed further east to a new developing storm over New Norcia and when I arrived, I was treated to a decent shelf cloud.

23rd APRIL 2025 🤙

This morning, after my 500km failed chase out east, I was just about to get some sleep when I thought I better check the rain radar again and, what do you no storms have formed about 20km off the coast of Lancelin, So I decided on where they might reach land and once I done that I raced of to Seabird and was treated to one amazing sunrise storm, once the storm passed I went on to the next storm heading for Ledge point so I positioned myself just east of town (last photo) and for the third time in a week I had a really close lightning strike that electrified this old fence next to me that I was standing next to 10 mins before😯

REGANS FORD/MOGUMBER APRIL 21ST 2025

Today's (Monday) short 2hr chase resulted in an incredible experience with huge bolts landing close by, but the close bolts were still evading the front of my camera till all of a sudden a monster bolt struck in the field next to me which lit up everything and blasted my ears with the loudest thunder 😍 now that my kind of stuff and what we chase for🤙
