Work has been slowing down, as I take on less projects because let's face it: since my dad past away my passion and confidence struggles. Who knows what 2026 will bring !maybe new projects will come my way :-)

My first time ever donating blood, let's Go. I was super nervous.
Pre prep- day before 2-3L of water
Day of Good savory meal, 750mls of water
If you want to know: be in your best health possible ( free of germs etcs )
There is about 40 questions on health.
Tattoos ( less timeline than before usually 2 weeks only ' healed and healthy)
My blood pressure - had to do it again to pass, haha - doctors make me nervous, I'm a nervous person
Finger prick test: my iron was much better than it's been in years.
Accupunture is on the list; I didn't know this, but I had it like 4-5 weeks ago. So I was fine.
Being on (some) medication is okay - they will check this you can also call ahead to check prior
It took about 10min once hooked and donating. The needle felt exactly like a blood test. The donation felt like nothing. The longest part was being new, so I sat in the lounge and ate snacks and waited 30mins after, just in case and then went home.

Hopefully I will get a text message to tell me where my blood was used - which is cool.

I feel tired and ( I always have a headache) otherwise feeling hungry and good so far.

Drink water: unlike me- I really had to push for this one, water water water !
