Soft natural light, lace, and a moment of honesty — this shoot was all about stepping into the unknown and trusting the process.

For a first-time model, she embraced her boundaries with so much courage. What we created together is more than just a photo… it’s a reminder of her own energy, power, and the strength that comes from letting yourself be seen — truly seen.

What an outdoor location to shoot these, again the talented Lucy from NZ, for those of you who don’t know - we shot these via remote control so while she was in Christchurch I was in Mt. Gambier 2,740km from each other but still about to work the camera remotely via software with a live view through the lens and audio via WhatsApp to give direction.

Anything is possible!!

Natural light, you just can't beat it and this images shows when you shoot manually to allow for the natural light that you get then soft portraits like this are possible. This is another from the shoot with Lucy (.artmodel Instagram) the other day connecting remotely to her camera and home in Christchurch NZ for a photoshoot.

While not in the same room, or even country, where had audio going and i could see though the "lens of the camera" via the software controls and while a first of its kind for me, it was a real enjoyable experience and shows that with technology today that we can be connected no matter where we are in the world.

Within an hour of the shoot, I had the files here to look through them, to see more of Lucy and my other photos then go to on Instagram
