Answer phone & email enquiries
Take bookings via phone, email, website
Report daily bookings via spreadsheet
Communicate with our editing department about client amendment requests
Invoicing & accounts receivable
Use lightroom to export photos (experience recommended)
Email out links to client orders
Simple photoshop skills
Creating efficient job schedule for multiple team members (google calendar)
Being PA to the director

Requirements
Positive energy and great attitude
Always willing learn with can-do spirit
Organised and detail oriented
Excellent customer service
Great time management skills
Photoshop and lightroom knowledge

What you get
Company computer and phone (software and apps preloaded)
Salary of $45,000 Per year (inclusive of Super)
