It was a 70th birthday gift. Between the weather and our schedules they were closer to 71 by the time we finally got together...but boy was it worth it!!

Do you ever just feel like you need a holiday after the weekend?

Far out, my tired was tired this morning!

My Miss Holly turned 12 on Saturday so she had a few friends and the fam over for a bbq. So much work goes into it right! The cleaning and the cooking, the cake decorating and then more cleaning haha! I'm pretty sure she had an awesome day tho, so that made it all worth it.

Then on Sunday we were up early to go watch my brother coach his women's AFL team to back to back premierships! So bloody good!

Then of course I spent all day catching up on washing because

Phew!

It's time for me to go put my feet up with a hot cup of tea and watch the Brownlow Medal!
