Recognising our innovative approach to solving this challenging problem, SKUvantage was recently acquired by Salsify, a US company that is world-leading in SAAS product information management and syndication technology.
The role:
This is a newly created role to support the executive team as the business grows. This role will manage all aspects of the finance function, with support from the Bookkeeper and our external Accountants, ensuring financial reporting, compliance and analysis is provided accurately and in a timely manner, to both the ANZ leadership and the US Parent.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of month end P&L and Balance Sheet, including monthly reporting to management and the Parent entity
- Accountability for reporting for operational and financial metrics
- Monthly balance sheet recs and accrual accounting/journals
- Invoicing and management of debtors
- Tax and compliance lodgements
- Assistance with rolling forecasts and annual budgets
- Payroll
- Cost review and management
- Liaison with external accountants for prep of annual Financial Report, Income tax and FBT returns
- Ongoing Finance process improvement and problem solving
In addition, this role will work with the Parent entity to integrate SKUvantage’s G&A and be the ongoing key Finance contact for the Parent entity.
