WHAT A GAME, WHAT AN ENDING!!!!

Semi Final action in the Seniors match between Warragul Football and Netball Club and Wonthaggi Power at Leongatha on Sunday.

Wonthaggi took the early lead, but Warragul clawed their way back to end the game in a draw and looking like going into extra time, however a scoreboard error was identified - resulting in Warragul winning the match by just 1 point!

Yinnar Football Netball Club Vs Fish Creek Kangaroos is always a good match in the seniors and on the weekend, it did not disappoint!

Prelim Final in the Mid Gippsland League saw these two face off for a spot in the elusive big dance and everything was given by both teams.

But it was Fish Creek who stormed home in the last quarter, sealing the deal and seeing them take on Foster in the Grand Final, this coming Saturday.

C Grade Prelim Final between Hill End FNC and Yinnar Football Netball Club in the Mid Gippsland League in Foster on Saturday.

This game was intense and so was the weather! Stopping for the lightning towards the end, didn't stop Hill End, who went on to sn**ch a 25-22 victory and a place in the Grand Final at Meeniyan this Saturday.

The weather tested the girls, but luckily the rain went away by the end for Hill End to celebrate their amazing win and their well-earned place in next weekend's grand final!

Mid Gippsland League A grade Prelim between Fish Creek Kangaroos and Yinnar Football Netball Club - it was always going to be a great match to watch!

With a spot up for grabs in the big dance, both teams showed up with their grit and determination and gave it their all for all 4 quarters. Yinnar pushed through and came away with the win, but not without Fish Creek making them earn it.

Gippsland Gippsland Football League finals kicked off this weekend, with Warragul Football and Netball Club taking on Traralgon Football & Netball Club in the seniors at Drouin on Sunday.

Beautiful weather for the afternoon, and beautiful result for Warragul, running away in the last quarter with a convincing win over Traralgon which sees them through to the semis.

Gippsland Football League Reserves Elimination Final, saw Maffra Football Netball Club take on Warragul Football and Netball Club at Drouin on Sunday.

Warragul had the game from the start, coming away with a 35 point win over Maffra, progressing through to the next round to take on Moe.

17s Semi Final action on the courts at Newborough, between Toora Football Netball Club and MDU Football Netball Club.

Neither team gave up and it was close, but it was Toora that held on to win and play for for a spot in the grand final, in the Preliminary Final at Foster this Saturday.

It wasn't to be for Mirboo North, with MDU taking charge of the match from the start and ending the match with a convincing win.
