Got the chance to head out to a major construction site in Truganina today, capturing both video and photography for PPC.

Big thanks to Peter Zafiris from Industrial Ideas for bringing me in, and to Regi from PPC for taking the time to walk me through the site and the technical side of the build.

This wasn’t your average warehouse—this facility is being built to operate in sub-zero conditions, housing robotics, products, and equipment that all require full insulation, from the roofing down to the floor slab. PPC is leading the roofing component, making sure everything stays airtight, on spec, and on schedule.

What stood out most was the level of detail involved. Every layer, every decision, has a role to play in maintaining the right environment. It’s a reminder of just how much planning and collaboration goes into industrial construction—especially when temperature control is part of the challenge.

Behind the scenes for Let'sTALK, a program that works with local primary schools around student, staff, and family mental health.
Program founder, Jetha Devapura believes in the power of safe communication and that every primary school should have the Let'sTALK program to benefit the community.
Their goal is to make sure that every primary school student feels comfortable talking about mental health and knows how to access help if they need it.
