SMALL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ✨️
I'm looking for handmade, local brands that would like to stop using AI for their content, but still be able to afford some amazing content by a seasoned photographer.

I'm That Redhead Photographer and I'm looking for brands who need someone to SEE them for who they are. Through creative shoots, I will create brand content not just of you working, but of your products styled in lifestyle usable images, individual product images, as well as video content for you to make reels from for social media.

This is the beginning of a new venture in my career and I genuinely love helping new businesses have quality content that sets them apart from the rest.

The best part is that I'm not looking for cash payments or even dollar for dollar compensation in products. I'd just like to be compensated with an agreed upon amount of items of my choice from your stock as a token of your appreciation.

Recently, I worked with a clothing brand who gave me a brief of, "I want people to see these photos and want to BE her. I want them to want to be a part of what this brand is all about. Fun, carefree, country and a little feral." And these are some of the images I delivered.

Why am I doing this so cheap?
It's a career path I'm exploring. I have SO many creative ideas, great rapport with other small businesses around town, stunning locations and I study your business to see where you are lacking.

Tis the season of mini sessions, and I'm going to start with this one because although this was a brand shoot it was SO much fun and the photos turned out so adorable.

One thing I love about my job is that my clients are always my kind of people. We'd already been outside for an hour and then a huge gust of ice cold wind came and we all collectively just said "okay we are done" 😂😂😂

The other thing I love about my job is returning clients. I'm so lucky to have so many. Bridget has such an electric laugh and smile, and Luca is just such a huge personality. Together they make sessions really come to life 🖤

Location scouting is actually a hobby for me I swear 😆 I literally thrive on a challenge, I was born to problem solve! So when a client asks me for something specific, it gets me excited! We wanted to do some industrial and some forest, this was the industrial vibes. I'm so lucky to have clients who hire me and trust my creative vision completely!

there are sessions that are just so good for the soul 🥰 Jennie & Alex have been married 6 years after getting married in the middle of covid in a Cafe! They travelled an hour to me to have their portraits done in their wedding getup and the weather was absolutely perfect! We even got a purple sunset 🥰

We also did some industrial ones which is a bit different to what I'm used to but I think that is something more I need to explore! Stay tuned for those 🖤

Hi, I’m Zara!

TLDR; I'm pretty cool you should book me xx

Well, if you don't know me, I'm the little redhead behind the camera, with a big imagination and a constant need to be inspired! I find inspiration absolutely everywhere. In people, places, nature, conversations, tiny details and, yes, even while I’m mindlessly scrolling my phone. My brain is always looking for the next idea.

The funny thing about photography is that even when I’m photographing your family, I feel like I’m expressing a little bit of myself too. I’m drawn to the way people connect, the way your children make you feel, the little things you notice about each other and the moments that might otherwise go completely unnoticed.

I’ve lived a lot of life. I’ve had to start over, lost things I never expected to lose, experienced pain and grown through things that have changed the way I see the world. I think that’s part of why I look at life a little differently now. I genuinely think the world is magical, and I’m always chasing it.

My children are also a huge part of my world. I don’t have family nearby, a regular babysitter or the luxury of always having someone to look after them, so they come with me to a lot of my sessions. And to be real with you, I love that they get to watch me work, create something from my imagination and chase a dream. It might not always be the most conventional setup, but we make it work.

I think one of my biggest strengths as a photographer is reading people. I notice a lot. I notice the look on your face when your child does something hilarious. The things you adore about them. The things you probably don't want immortalised lol! I notice when your child needs space, when they're ready to explore, when they're pushing their own boundaries and when they need someone to slow things down.
I’ve spent a lot of my life learning to read people, and somewhere along the way, something that was once simply a way of navigating the world became one of my greatest gifts.

I don't do photography because I want to take pretty pictures. And I'm not in it just for the money (although I do need to pay my bills sorry 😆)
I do it because I love the emotional artwork that comes from taking a real person, a real connection and a real moment, and turning it into something you can keep forever.

So that's me, Zara.

A bit weird, a bit wild. Overthinking everything and always looking for magic.
And very, very grateful that I get to make a living doing something I genuinely love. 🖤

Believe it or not after 11 years this is the first time I've done a portrait session with a car, something I've been begging people to hire me for since forever 😆

Candace absolutely nailed this, having had the car for 2 years, she's slowly working hard to do it up, even the interior is purple. I think my favourite things are the rims though, they're so shiny and I've never seen any that colour before 😍
