I call this one "integration", it is via support I have plocked up courage to express myself in one of the few ways I know how to. To include myself I invite power over the outcome but also vulnerability over what I can't control. I wanted to integrate myself into the gnarly poetry of this tree, to show what once was such a source of my pain, has with time and work evolved into my power.
