Hey 👋 friends, how’s everyone doin’ in this wild world of ours?

I’ve been enjoying my first January without the ritual of sticking a camera in front of my family’s face. 😉

I’ve been thinking about how to let you (who follow along) know I’m still here, photographing, mothering, working out how to bring my photography back to your algorithm. In 2026, ig & fb are used differently, my sessions are rarely able to be shared and unless I share every day or fall for the trappings of having to share my personal stuff into the world the way I have in the past, you don’t see my work, and the value photography has in the world around us.

Like all of us, work pays for bills, the out of school activities kids enjoy and the out of control cost of living. So, here I am, sharing myself to remind you that I’m here. I’ve succumbed to the 2016 trend. Ten years ago sounds incredibly long ago, but it doesn’t feel so. Some of these families I still photograph today and it’s been reflective looking back at the changes and life experiences in that time. It reminds me that things shall always pass. Our Story

First and foremost, I'm a Mum of three mischevious and admirable young kids. I am a Photographer. I completed my Media Arts degree at Deakin University and was known to always have my SLR or DSLR directed in someone's face. I love capturing family moments, a day in their life, a milestone, a wedding, a birthday or just because. Photography is about learning new things and new people and that makes a pretty lovely life. I want to celebrate you and capture your uniqueness so when you look back fifty years from now, I want to be responsible for being that person who took that photo of you and your loves. Kristin. x
