Why don’t your visuals work the way you want them to?
Have a look at it from the outside for a second. Maybe your social media is full of AI-generated photos. Maybe your brochures and website use stock images. Yes, it looks polished. It looks cool but the problem is — it looks exactly like everyone else.
Your client is not sitting there analyzing your expertise yet. They’re just trying to choose — a lawyer, a financial advisor, a marketing agency. They go from one meeting to another, and visually, everything starts to blend. Same kind of faces, same kind of images, same kind of feeling. After two or three meetings, you’re all just… one category.
And then there’s another scenario. They open your website, and they see you. Your actual team. Real people. Then they pick up your brochure — and it’s the same faces again. Later, they meet you in person — and it clicks. It’s consistent. It’s familiar. They’ve already “met” you before the meeting even started.
