Meeting Anggi and Bagas, we learn that some love stories aren’t built over time, they’re simply recognised.

Somewhere between Melbourne and London, between quiet comfort and loud laughter, two very different souls found a rhythm that just made sense, moving at different paces yet meeting exactly where it mattered.

And sometimes love doesn’t arrive slowly. Sometimes, it arrives all at once.. soft & certain, and undeniable.

And in that moment, you don’t question it.
You don’t overthink it.

You just know.

Ending this month’s posts with a perspective I’ve never had… as a “client” myself. For over a decade, I’ve been behind the camera, capturing couples, guiding them through their moments, and building connections along the way. It’s a role I’ve loved, but experiencing it from the other side was entirely new.

This year, it was finally my turn to live the experience, from pre-wedding preparations to our big day. Being in front of the camera meant fully trusting our photographer and videographer, letting go of control, and simply being ourselves. It was a humbling experience and gave me a deeper understanding of how clients gradually warm up and finally allow themselves to fully embrace the moment.

Looking back at these pre-wedding moments, I’m reminded of how special it is to slow down, be present, and savor every little detail—the laughter, the nerves, the quiet in-between moments, and the excitement building up to the big day. Experiencing it firsthand has given me a whole new appreciation for what I do and the trust couples place in me.

Here’s a glimpse of our pre-wedding journey… a chapter I’ll treasure forever, until the wedding posts roll in.

Some couples make you believe that love can be both comfortable and inspiring💛 Marcellina and Joshua are one of them. They grow stronger together, lifting weights side by side, sharing the same playlists on endless road trips, and filling the air with laughter, playful gossip, and inside jokes.

They’ve definitely inspired us, just from watching their IG stories, working out together and radiating positivity almost every single day! We’re your silent audience, guys, hahaha! But seriously, thank you for being yourselves, for suggesting we do the shoot in a functional gym (which a first for us!), and for trusting us to work our magic.

Some friends are simply rare. The kind who stay close no matter the distance or time.

They’re the ones who celebrate your highs, quietly support you through the in-betweens, and speak with honesty, kindness, and unwavering belief in who you are.

This was probably Angel and Steve’s third celebration, but this one felt especially meaningful.

They flew all the way to Melbourne to spend the weekend with close friends who couldn’t make it to the wedding. Because sometimes, the most beautiful celebrations aren’t the biggest ones, but the ones shared with people who truly know your heart.❤️
