The first addition of Super Rod came on line today and I was asked back in August last year by the magazine editor if I knew anyone that they could feature in there 1st edition.
Whilst I know quiet a few people with so many great Rods one person came to mind instantly and that was Sandra with her well known 32 Black Ford Coupe.
Some people might not know Sandra but those who do especially in the Melbourne car scene know of Sandra`s work with her promotional work, MC of various car events and is also a proud mum and owns this well driven Ford 32 Coupe. When I say it is well driven I mean well driven the car has been driven everywhere from Melbourne to Alice Springs , Canberra and other parts of Australia so you would expect a few stone chips but I know this car pretty well and it`s stood up exceptionally well.
The 32 is or affectionately known as High Maintenance is powered by the ever reliable 350 Chev coupled with a 350 turbo transmission which pulls the car along very nice, but like all things we car people just aren't satisfied, so the 350 chev will soon be swapped out for a 383 which should rocket the car down the road !
So finally after a long wait here are the photos in Super Rod and more photos that were taken on the day and some photos I held back just for Olskool even Sandra hasn't seen some :).
Congrats Sandra for being in the 1st edition of Super Rod.
Also a big Shout out to Eric @ Melbourne Old School Cruisers ( MOSC ) for allowing us to use the club house for a few photos and don`t forget this Friday.
MOSC will be at AUTOBARN THIS FRIDAY NIGHT and if it`s anything like our other events its going to be huge !! Check out the link
