‘You must first find your limits before you can exceed them.’ Unknown...
267km on 👑 Bianc 🚲 over the weekend. Two of the longest rides I have ever done in my life. When I decided to the ride I knew there would be long days on the bike, but to actually have done two long rides in two days does slightly blow my mind. It’s not until you stop and think back to where you started that you realise how far you’ve come. I’m by no means perfect, or covered the distances other people will have ticked off this weekend, but none the less it’s a pretty big deal to me to realise I might actually be able to pull off this ride from Melb to Syd.

Of course NONE of this would be possible without four incredible professionals supporting me along the way helping me to be fitter, stronger, eating right, moving well and keeping injury free.
THANK YOU!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 And to who even whilst photographing the Oz Open still manages to keep a watchful eye on my live track and send me messages along the way, certainly couldn’t do this without you by my side. ❤️😘
