Çılbır is a Turkish dish of poached eggs with yogurt. There are records of çılbır being eaten by Ottoman sultans as far back as the 15th century. It is now common to serve the dish topped with melted butter infused with Aleppo pepper, for which paprika can be substituted.

This is one of my 3 favourite go to egg breakfasts. When I was recording, I was super hungry to have the food and accidentally missed out on recording the butter sauce and poaching the egg. Next time...

Chia pudding is a quick, healthy (except the dessert one), and delicious breakfast. I normally prepare a couple of these the night before and store them in the fridge overnight.

These are 4 of my favourites ways. You can make this so many ways by mixing and adding whatever you like (mango, passionfruit, grapes, apples, peaches, pineapple, coconut, and others), the possibilities are endless.

Kadhai Paneer is one of my favourite vegetarian dishes. I normally order this from restaurants. This is my take on it. For those of you who eat meat or are Vegans, the Paneer can be swapped for any meat of your liking or for Tofu 🖖😊
