Whilst my photography tends to lean more towards landscapes and travel, I also love capturing wildlife, or trying to anyway! My 10 year stint as a dolphin researcher, undertaking a population study via photo-identification, was crucial in developing my photography skills. I got pretty good at tracking dolphins underwater from a moving vessel with a 300mm zoom ☺️⁠ ⁠

Sunday was time for the second global meet of Members were given a creative challenge to capture reflections. I left my run a bit late, heading down to Aspendale beach and hoping for a good sky⁠ after some dubious weather all day. I got lucky and had fun experimenting with ways to capture the sunset's reflection in the water, using slow shutter speeds and ⁠

My kit was the Olympus E-M5III, using the 8-25mm f4.0 (with CPL) and the 12mm f2.0 for the panning shots. ⁠
