Without trying to remove the spotlight from the current worldwide pandemic and all of the unimaginable suffering that so many people have endured, the 2020 event that has taken the biggest toll on me personally were the bushfires that ravaged thru Eastern Australia... I would loose sleep thinking about the huge amount of animals that were, in that moment, suffering pain, thirst and starvation and where I felt so helpless to help them. Whilst I did a number of things to help me cope and bring me some closure, I wanted to create an image to pay tribute to this event. I’ve had many ideas for new images but only now am I feeing like I’m in a place to start bringing them to life. Hope you enjoy.

A high key take on the sand dunes surrounding Huacachina in Peru. Def one of the most unique places that I’ve ever personally visited - a place that more closely resembles something that you’ve dreamt about. Just google “Huacachina” and you’ll quickly see what I mean. I spent 5 glorious days in this oasis - literally an oasis.
