The guy who has captured some of the most widely known images of our Melbourne over the past 25 years. He is old school, understanding the science and craft of seizing time and place in his lens. To best capture the natural light, the raw texture, the honest story. In his hands, camera auto functions do not exist, and nor does the idea of editing the heck out of something in post-production. That

is the shade which colours his perception of the built landscape. A navigator, spectator and commentator of a city adored. Interpreter of the beautiful and flawed. The metropolis rhythm, frozen, forever in his frame. Not in that kitschy kind of way. His art is relatable. Vignettes of imperfect moments and magical morsels. A visual poet, he implores us to stop and see – to really see. Come along for the ride -
