Aussie Wildlife After 4 years living in Australia I realised that I really love the Australian wildlife and my hundreds of pictures can prove it!

So I thought that it was time for sharing with you my passion.

Grey Fantail

He was quick and I barley had time to record him! But lucky me I can have this short shot and remember his noise and movements!

The most restless of Australia’s fantails, Grey Fantails are almost continually on the move, constantly changing position when perched, the tail swished back and forth, fluttering about in the canopy of trees or darting out after flying insects. They seem never to keep still.

Now that I’m far away from them I miss their sound!

Kookaburra will always be my favourite Australian bird!

Whale 🐳 👀 watching on the beach 🏖

That afternoon was magical.
5:30pm.
Joining with friends on the beach and suddenly these two beautiful creatures decided to play just in front us.

Humpback whales are a baleen whale and are renowned for their spectacular behaviour.

The swamp wallaby is a small macropod marsupial of eastern Australia. This wallaby is also commonly known as the black wallaby, with other names including black-tailed wallaby, fern wallaby, black pademelon, stinker, and black stinker on account of its characteristic swampy odour.

Never getting up early was so grateful as when I was living in Byron Bay, where on the path to the beach you could find these cuties 😍

That morning I could enjoy these amazing creatures playing when I was walking to the top of the water tank in Byron Bay.

Sorry for the quality of the video, but my mobile couldn’t record better this moment.

Musk Lorikeets are endemic to (only found in) south-eastern Australia, being widespread in eastern New South Wales, all regions of Victoria and in the south-east of South Australia.

The Musk Lorikeet specialises in feeding on the nectar which is produced by flowering eucalypts, and sometimes also from the flowers of banksias and grevilleas.

Babies Noisy Miners.

Noisy Miners are Australian native birds but they are being overtaken by the introduced Common or Indian Myna which is an aggressive bird that competes with Australian native birds for nesting sites and preys on eggs and chicks.

Noisy Miners are often confused with the Common or Indian Myna. The Noisy Miner is predominantly grey, and is a native to Australia. The Common Myna is a brown bird of about the same size, with a black head, and is an introduced species.
