I’d never imagined myself ever photographing a Punjabi Hip Hop gig but last night I found myself in the pit at Karan Aujla’s sold out show at Rod Laver Arena. He was incredibly fun to shoot and the crowd was awesome.

Deftones were exhilarating on Saturday night. Incredible energy from . First time I ever saw Deftones was back in 2011 at Big Day Out. I was in the second row and as soon as the band started, the crowd swallowed me. My feet were off the ground and my hand was in the hair as I was swished around by the crowd. About 3 songs in, I felt someone grab my hand and pull me up - it was Chino. He asked if I was ok and then continued on with the set.
