I’m glad that we pushed through even when I didn’t feel at my best. I just knew it was more important for me to have these memories than not have them at all.

I also knew it could be an easy fix in photoshop afterwards 😅

It’s been such a joy to witness her parents’ love story, and now to capture their precious little miracle. I’m constantly in awe of how God designed our bodies to create & bring life into this world 🤍

Still Beautiful pt. 2

Sometimes I get caught up in the daily chaos of motherhood and feel like I should be doing so much more (especially with this business)

But lately, I’ve been learning to pause, be still and find the beauty in where I am right now.

These are the days we once prayed for.
And even though they’re flying by, I’m thankful for every little moment I’ve been able to capture. Moments that tell the story of this season.

I find myself scrolling through my camera roll just to relive them again and again.
Because one day, these photos will be all that’s left of how it felt to be here, now 🤍

It’s been a while…

Since I picked up my camera for myself and not for work. To capture the kind of moments I never want to forget, just like I used to.

I was taken back to the reason why I started in the first place. It was because I found joy in documenting my own family. The everyday life. The small, heartwarming moments. The beauty of being present and turning ordinary moments into art.

With every “click”, time goes by and the photo instantly becomes a memory. But there’s something so special about how an image can bring you right back to that feeling, that season. It’s personal. It’s yours. And no one else can relate to it like you do.

So this is a gentle reminder to myself (and I hope for you too)

That even in the mess, in the unseen.

In the chaos, in the stillness.

In the deep parts of life & parenthood...

The Nielsen’s 🤍

This particular day was super hot and we didn’t have the best start, but I’m so glad that we pushed through because now, they’ll have these memories to keep.

I have 2 babies, so I understand the chaos and the effort it takes to just organise a session so I appreciate my clients for turning up!!

The Leiataua-Lesa-Lui Family 🤍

A special family session as it was the first time they were all together. Some flew in from a different state & country to celebrate their mum’s milestone 50th birthday and this was the only time they had to squeeze in a session to capture this moment in time.

For our 4th year wedding anniversary, I wanted to go back to the same place we took our wedding photos. Hoping to make this a new tradition every year to capture the growth of our family 🥹

2024 🫶🏼 I’m so grateful for all the beautiful people I was able to photograph, meet and connect with this year! Although I spent most of it pregnant, healing postpartum and adjusting to 2 kids - I’m glad that I was able to take it slow and was still able to get my creative juices flowing when I could!

I’m excited for 2025 ✨ Excited to see where photography will take me and moments/memories I’ll be honoured to be a part of.
