What does a safe space really feel like?

It’s not just about pretty photos—In my latest blog, I’m sharing what that actually looks like inside a bo***ir session—and why it matters more than you think.

I was in the shower—mind racing, as usual—thinking about how I can better hold space for the women I work with. Not just to help them feel comfortable in front of a camera, but to start healing from years of “I can’t,” “I’m not enough,” and “maybe when I’m thinner.”
