Loved this photography session in the beautiful Boranup Forest, hanging out and exploring far with the very brave Ellery and her parents. We all got a great work out too as we found ourselves climbing and sliding over very large trees to get ourselves back on track! If I could hand out awards from all my photoshoots, Ellery would get the most adventurous kid under 10. She was the one who wanted to go further, off the main tracks and through the bush!

Sharing more here from my fun day out with Holly in beautiful Balingup, arriving just as the fog was lifting, and the sun poked through for a bit. I’m so grateful for my magic little camera which I’m now getting used to, and which has allowed me to play more, not have to edit whatsoever and also share what I’ve captured in a vaguely more timely manner (otherwise the photos would still be sitting unedited on my computer for at least another few months…maybe even a year).

It’s been a super busy time with many shoots on and around our property with guests here at , and here’s just a small number of the many I’ve captured over these past weeks. I’d like to give a special shout out with special thanks to all our amazing guests who book a shoot with me from Singapore and who keep me on my toes non stop during winter! I admittedly crash and burn by July holidays but I love exploring and playing with each and every one of you whilst I capture all those little moments. This is my last week of sessions until I have a break. I still have availability left at the end of July, with limited slots left in August and September now. Please pop over to my website and on the ‘Contact Me’ page provides important info to read including dates I have left. Please just bear with me on the emails…I spend a lot of time driving my kids to/from activities these days!

Sharing a few more from my solo trip to Victoria back in March, this time from the couple of nights I had in the Mornington Peninsula. A visit to the beautiful was my priority with some exploring around the area thrown in. I’m sure those who read my tips clothing suggestions can understand why I love those beach huts…!

A flower. A beautiful dahlia to be precise. No head space to think about posting anything else at the moment. And no I didn’t grow it but if the quendas stop drilling holes all around my garden, I have dreams and goals to grow these later in the year in a new garden bed I have designed and plan to build once the winter is over. The end.

A splash of yellow and blue today on the feed today just because I love this one from the outing the other day.

Friday afternoon, exploring deep deep in the forest with 5 year old Ellery from Singapore. She happily lead me to areas where even I hadn’t been before, and I loved every minute exploring with her and her parents. Can’t wait to get stuck into editing all the others from this session but here’s one that took my eye straight away.

It was an early start and a slow drive avoiding all the wildlife en route, but so worthwhile getting to Balingup early to see the sun come up through snippets of fog. Thank you for an awesome little adventure with our cameras and all the laughs along the way. we even went acorn hunting for you and …now I have to remember which acorns belonged to which type of oak tree.

These photos have only sat on my phone for 1 whole year to be shared. I can’t wait to go back here this Sunday with my gorgeous friend for lots of giggles between our random photo taking and random conversations. I won’t leave it another year to share more photos.

It was all smiles from start to finish with this beautiful expat family visiting from Vietnam and staying with us at our holiday cottages. What a treat for me and such a fun session.
