Considering this print was made in 1902 it was still in relatively good condition. An hour of work to remove blemishes , tears and blemishes, then printed on Fuji crystal archival photographic paper. Matted and mounted on museum quality acid free board, now good for another one hundred years.

This was a very complicated scan, restoration and reconstruction of a large wall print where the matt boards were disintegrating and the emulsion peeling off the photos. It was of course 133 years old. Now good for another 100 years.

Clive from Family Heritage Photos speaks to 70 ladies from the Caloundra View Club. A great night out with dinner, wine and much laughter. Clive spent half an hour providing information on preserving family vintage photos, slides and negatives.
