Honestly it was the warmest, sunniest winter day I've experienced at a wedding

Settlers Rest just turned it on for them!

Jucinda and Matt are the most cruisey couple. Nothing fazes them. And Settlers Rest was the perfect backdrop, relaxed and gorgeous, exactly their vibe

Emma and Mackenzie coordinated the whole day and had everything completely under control. That kind of calm makes such a difference

Jake Fonti led the ceremony and it had their name written all over it. Then he stuck around as MC and carried that same energy straight into the party

We spent the afternoon cruising around in the cutest buggies, sipping beers, having an absolute ball 🍻

Some days remind you just how lucky you are to do this job 🤍🤍🤍

Yesterday was one of them. I was at Newcastle Racecourse for the Hunter Wedding Expo, and Tarron was representing Salty Oak at The Linton in Somersby for the Central Coast Wedding Collective.

So many people made both of those days happen, and I want to say thank you so much!

The week before your wedding is where the stress usually creeps in. So here’s how to hand it over and actually enjoy the lead up

1. Write one master document. Times, addresses, phone numbers, who does what. One page your whole team can follow.

2. Hand off the jobs. Pick the person who answers questions on the day so it isn’t you.

3. Plan nothing for the morning of. No errands, no last minute pick ups. Just get ready and be with your people 🤍

This is the part that gets me every time

Your wedding is the one day every person you love is in the same room. Your grandparents. Your school friends. The people who drove hours just to stand there and watch you say I do

It has never happened before. And it may never happen quite like this again...

The day goes so fast that you'll only catch pieces of it yourself. You're in the middle of it, being hugged and pulled in every direction, and that's exactly how it should be
