{Ally & Her Girls}

Sometimes the best shoots are the ones worth waiting for. 💛 I had to reschedule this session with beautiful Alyssa Hills and her gorgeous girls, Payton and Grace, more times than I'd like to admit, but I had a vision in mind and knew I needed that dreamy golden sunshine, warm orange flares, and magical light. It was absolutely worth the wait.
Over the years, Ally and her family have modelled for me quite a few times, and it's easy to see why. They are not only beautiful but also the loveliest people. I was so excited to have Ally showcase some of the newest pieces from the SarahHearts client closet, and the dresses looked right at home amongst the golden grass and sunshine.
Payton and Grace are both passionate horse riders and competitors, which I absolutely love. In between photos we chatted about their beloved horses, Chester and Grace, and their cheeky little pony, Cranky Frankie, who may just have the best name ever. There is something so special about seeing young girls with confidence, determination, and big dreams, and these two have all of that and more.
A huge thank you to Ally and the girls for saying yes to a shoot that was really just for my own creative heart. Sometimes it's nice to create simply for the joy of it, and to capture beautiful images of the growing client closet collection. {Rhi, Girl’s Club}
Beautiful Rhi and her gorgeous girls Gussy and Rommi joined me at my newest photo spot at Reeves Saunders Road, and what a dream of an afternoon it was.
Give me golden light, happy kids, a beautiful bump, and a family that adores each other, and I'm one very happy photographer.
One of my favourite things about photographing children is watching their unique personalities come to life when they're given the freedom to play, explore, and simply be themselves. These sweet girls were no exception, and their beautiful long hair had me absolutely swooning.
And of course, there is that gorgeous bump. I cannot wait to meet baby girl number three.

{Golden Light Lovers}

Brooke and Brodie tied the knot this weekend in the most heartfelt ceremony, surrounded by so much love, laughter and happy tears. From the moment they were together, their connection was undeniable, making every photograph feel effortless and genuine. Jarrid and I had an absolute blast capturing their day and getting to witness all of the beautiful little moments that made it uniquely theirs. To top it all off, we were treated to the most incredible golden orange light during portraits, creating pure magic and the dreamiest backdrop for their first moments as husband and wife. {Baby Elliot}
When a baby is born, so too is a mother.
Although you’ve already been on a wild and beautiful nine month adventure together, the moment your baby arrives is the moment you truly begin getting to know each other. A father is born too, learning how to support the woman he loves as she steps into this brand new chapter called motherhood.
These two welcomed little Elliot just one day after their maternity shoot. I remember having this quiet feeling the entire session that they might not make it to their shoot at all, which now makes these photographs feel even more magical. Capturing those final moments before everything changed forever is something so incredibly special.
What a beautiful little family you have made. Watching Dad support Mum while she, in turn, supports their beautiful baby boy has been such a joy to witness. The love in this new chapter is soft, raw and completely life changing.
A huge congratulations to you both. Thank you for allowing me to capture such a precious season of your lives.

{Tyler loves Tamara}
Tyler Coates and Tamara Liegh met me at Sarina Beach for this dreamy engagement shoot and oh my heart… I am absolutely OBSESSED. They had me at romance, windswept hair and fully committing to rolling around in the sand to get the shot.
Here at SarahHearts Photography we LOVE a couple who is down for the adventure and these two understood the assignment perfectly. We even got an enthusiastic “WOOH!” from a guy out on his afternoon run which honestly just added to the vibe 😂

✨4 Cousins, Brown✨
Billy Brown is so incredibly lucky to have three beautiful girl cousins and two wonderful boy cousins. He is forever asking when we can head to Moranbah to see his girl cousins, our beautiful nieces Laney, Addy and Elyse. They are the sweetest little girls, so deeply loved and absolutely adored by their grandparents. We feel so grateful that we get to see them as often as we do and love every moment when the cousins are all together.
There’s something so special about cousins as they are your first best friends, your built in little tribe, and I truly hope these beautiful bonds last a lifetime because these kids are completely obsessed with each other in the very best way. Poor Laney had a sprained ankle and I may or may not have accidentally bonked two children on the head with my camera while attempting to organise everyone 😅 but thankfully a few “big people words” at the end had everybody in great spirits for the photos ✨

I swear this styled shoot and this music are living rent free in my head. I could lose myself in the golden afternoon glow of Shinfield forever. Add in two breathtaking ballet dancers as star crossed lovers, and you have pure magic.
