If you’re on the Gold Coast and looking for a yoga/pilates/barre studio look no further than this gorgeous new space. The instructors are lovely and welcoming, the sense of community is wonderful, the space is fresh and perfectly curated, the classes as a whole are a good mixture of fun, relaxation and challenge. The studio also takes a strong focus on promoting environmentally sustainable self care, running lifestyle focused workshops to help you find balance and rejuvenation in an affordable and sustainable way (such as the coffee scrub making class from opening day). Definitely worth checking out if you’re in search of a new active space 🧘♀️
