Apparently winter is here, which means we're all pretending 3°C isn't actually that cold 😂

So I've decided to keep my normal photography sessions available, but I've also introduced some shorter Winter Sessions this year.

The idea is simple. Not everyone wants or needs a full session, but they still want beautiful photos with their favourite people. This is my only option with capped photos, everything else I offer comes with full galleries.

So if you've been putting off family photos, couples photos, maternity photos, or just updating the photos that have been sitting on your camera roll for the last 3 years... this one's for you!

You'll still get me running around making terrible jokes, telling you to cuddle up because "it's for the photo", and promising you're not awkward in front of the camera (because you’re not!!)

One of my favourite parts of Whitney & TD’s wedding day was their handfasting ceremony and the beautiful words spoken throughout it.

One of my favourite things about in-home newborn sessions is that they’re uniquely yours!!

The nursery.
The blanket draped over the chair.
The colours, the gifts from the baby shower, the photos on the wall.

All the little details you’ve spent months putting together while waiting for bub to arrive.

Years from now, this room will probably look completely different.

And honestly? I don’t think that’s something we let sink in enough….

I love telling a story, not making one.

Which is why I’ll always have a soft spot for in-home newborn sessions 🥹🤍

this honestly won’t apply to every couple!!
some people LOVE photos and could frolic around a field with me for 3 hours straight hahaha

but if you’re someone who gets socially drained in front of a camera or overwhelmed easily... splitting photos up throughout the day can make SUCH a difference!!

We spent most of this session walking, chatting and laughing.

A couple of times I’d lift my camera and think,

“Yep, that’s the photo.” 🥹

Not because of some crazy pose.

Just because they were genuinely enjoying being together, creating memories, being silly, goofy and being completely themselves!!

There wasn’t a whole lot of standing still, and honestly, I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way 😂

Just lots of laughs, little moments and two people who clearly love spending time together.

And I think you can feel that in every image 🤍
