It is a short film about a teenage girl navigating the overwhelming inner world of anxiety, the whispers, the pressure, and the fear of being seen, and she needs to overcome her fear.

A little behind-the-scenes look at "Anxious Spectrum" - a project I created back in June 2024. This piece was my first step into visual storytelling about anxiety, identity, and the inner world we don't always show.

My body of work expresses my emotions, identity, and mental health through self-portraiture, drawing, and black-and-white photography.
My work with photography and my drawing uses the red line symbolizing "attack", which is the "shadow." This figure conveys fear and shows how they feel in their own body. This artwork is composed tightly around the innocent human, which is how I feel, whether it's at school, with people, or in social situations.
I wanted the audience to understand how I feel being fearful and the impotence, frustration, and misunderstanding of the anxieties of my life.
