When I had the space to really think about why my bo***ir shoots were so empowering, I realised the depth of the conversation we have before, during and after the shoot plays a huge part. The magic starts well before the camera comes out.

I wanted to create something with the same potent magic but where no disrobing is required - and there’s no photos, you come for the conversation.

The idea for a different type of women’s gathering had been brewing for ages… but the concept of Sexy Supper Club fleshed out as I was in Paris trying on a s*xy silk lace dress in Alexander McQueen… In the opulent, spacious dressing room it all dropped in. A s*xy dinner table, sensuous delights, candlelight, intellect, feeling, empowerment. WOW, this dress.

Then I put on a jewel encrusted blazer and felt my whole energetic being upgrade.

Imagine getting dressed up and feeling your best self for no audience. No photos. Just pure presence. In the company of other women ready to do the same. And talk about allll the things you don’t usually have a safe forum to talk about.

And I knew JUST the person I wanted to run it with… .jess.wade - one of the most expansive women I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

I met Jess when she booked me for a shoot back in 2021. She was a doctor and had just started expanding her study in s*xology and somatics.
Our paths kept crossing over the years… and every time I saw her I would leave walking a little taller, feeling better in myself. You know how some women make you feel better just by being in their orbit? Once she led me in a meditation that blew my mind and altered my reality.

Oh mon Dieu, I realised. With our powers combined, Sexy Supper Club is going to be a potent event.

Sexy Supper Club is a 3-hour, candlelit gathering around the private table where we come together to speak openly about s*x, pleasure, and expression — champagne is poured, decadent bites are shared, and shame melts in the glow of honest, unfiltered conversation.

Every detail has been divinely guided… Collaborating with .jess.wade this evening is set to be pure magic. The date (it’s a New Moon and Monday is ruled by the moon so double whammy)
The time (it’s gotta be after dark… because you know, it’s s*xier)
The setting (it’s been tried and tested)
The design? Potent, pleasurable, delicious, FUN, sacred.

It’s a small event. Intimate. Safe.
Infused with love and pleasure at every opportunity.
Just like my retreat last year, you won’t see photos of it on the internet.
Sexy Supper Club is not for the internet.
There is nothing performative about it. It’s just for us. To be wild and free in our conversation and connection.

Instead of getting tied up in DM’s I’ll let you know here - Non, I am not in Paris right now. 🙃

I went there secretly… earlier in the year. I hardly told anyone. I have only ever done long stays in Europe… it’s way too far to go for a quick trip. There’s too many friends that side of the world to see for a quick trip. The cost. The time. Too much. Too hard. Not possible.

This is why I hadn’t been to Paris in almost 8 years. (If you recall any earlier stories about Paris I’d been faking it with weekenders to Sydney and Melbourne and going to French restaurants and looking up at the oldest buildings I could find in Aus 😝 I’m so imaginative and delusional I can even pretend downtown Ballina is Paris on a rainy day).

Finally, that wasn’t cutting it anymore. I could no longer fake it. I NEEDED to go to Paris.

So I started working through all the reasons I couldn’t go until there were no reasons left. (Hugest thanks to my angel friend who helped me with this!)

I was going to explain to my Euro friends why I couldn’t see them this time, but I’m not the best communicator and the first one didn’t go so well 🫣 so I just said F**k It, kept it private and went anyway.

It felt selfish. Almost naughty.

Who the f**k was I to have a week in Paris by myself?! With no plans?! How unbelievably decadent!!!

But here’s the thing… It wasn’t a vacation, it was a pilgrimage. A pleasure pilgrimage. The culmination of everything I had been working on… And given this fortuitous opportunity I took it upon myself to enjoy it as much as possible for all women, across all space and time. And with this intention, the magic that unfolded BLEW MY FREAKING MIND. It was the ultimate test of the quantum theories I’ve been experimenting with this past year… (spoiler alert - they work!)

Which brings me to my point… Paris unlocked the final piece in me that had been ‘waiting’ Patiently waiting for me to truly realise…

You’ll have to get on my email list to find out... It’s the kind of wisdom that needs to shared in the right setting… drip fed, slowly. So you can soak in it and infuse with your own magic. It’s certainly far too sacred to share on the INTERNET! 🔥

Salutations, dearest friends and social media companions!

I have recently rejoined the digital masses, having emerged, somewhat triumphantly, from an extended sojourn of technological affliction. Yes, I have been absent from this bustling bazaar of status updates and emoji-laden musings, owing to a rather irksome allergy to the flickering screen.

Has this curious malady been cured? Alas, no! I will forever be an old school romantic penning letters by candlelight... BUT...

But...

One must bravely soldier on in these digital playgrounds, where there are kindred spirits—women of unparalleled grace and mystery—to be found......

I return to these electronic corridors in search of those destined to share in an experience most divine: The Art of You— my first photography day retreat where beauty becomes ritual and self-love is our raison d'être!
