I did a poll on my stories recently to assess general keenness, but I realised later it was Easter weekend so not many people saw it, and also it wouldn’t let me view the results for some reason 🤔🤷‍♀️

My first time making cyanotype prints. In the pockets of time between breastfeeding, contact naps, twin naps, dealing with sickness in the house for the last three weeks, and booking Harry Styles tickets for me and Bo (twice, after realising I’d double booked a wedding weekend 🥴). 2025

10 years with the love of my life.

A 4 year old who shaved her head, started pre-kinder and learned to say “frog snakes” instead of “f**k sakes” (at least in public).

1 year old boys who learned to not only walk, but climb fences and run away down the street, much to their mother’s horror.

My first solo interstate trip at the good old age of 32, to a photography retreat that nurtured me to the bones.

An unexpected house move, simultaneous unexpected pregnancy, and our nervous systems still haven’t quite recovered.

Mountains moved in therapy, bags I did not know I was carrying dropped at last.

2025 rolled into 2026. Every day is parenting right now. It has been for some time, and will be for some time to come, and all I can hope for this year is the same as last year:

Minimal mental breakdowns
Little moments of joy
Little moments of relief
More love, less poo on the floor (dear god please)
