Some weddings stay with you forever.

When Becky and Tommy chose to say their vows, it wasn’t in a grand venue or surrounded by hundreds of guests. It was in the fairy garden they had lovingly created at home, with the three little people who mattered most standing beside them.

It was intimate. It was peaceful. It was overflowing with love.

Knowing that time was precious, I wanted to do something extra. So I surprised them with a gifted wedding album, making sure it was in their hands before Tommy passed away.

At the time, I was only just beginning to learn sewing and embroidery. I’d never made an album cover before, but I knew I wanted it to feel as special as their day. Inspired by Becky’s love of flowers and the magic of their fairy garden, I stitched every detail with so much love, hoping it would become something their family would treasure for generations.

Photography is about preserving the moments that become priceless. The laughter, the tears, the promises, the tiny details that one day become the most precious reminders of a life deeply loved.

This little album holds so much more than photographs. It holds a love story. A family. A legacy.

It’s still one of the greatest honours of my career to have been trusted with it alongside Wedding Videographer 🤍
