Hello everyone! I’m Caitlyn. Photographer, editor, receptionist and the all-in driving power behind Caitlyn Beer Photography. I’m a born and bred through and through horse girl. I have grown up on the outskirts of North Melbourne on our family farm where we breed the gentle giants of the world, Clydesdales. I am also a massive dog lover, especially little fat English Staffy's. In high school I had
a great love of art and studied it quite heavily, during this time I received my first camera. Like most I had no idea what I wanted to do after school, so I had applied for a few different uni courses, one of the courses I was accepted into was for photography and I thought well that might be cool let’s give it a go! After completing my Diploma in Photography and Photo Imaging at RMIT, I decided to combine my love for horses, dogs and photography into 'Caitlyn Beer Photography'. At 26, having a full-time job and my own business, life can be very busy, but it is so rewarding to be doing what I love. As a rider myself I absolutely love watching everyone out competing enjoying their different disciplines in the sport. I would have to say the best part about my job is all the lovely people I get to meet and when you cheer yourself on after a great ride! The relationship with your horse is like no other. Memories are made to be cherished and I'm here to capture those special moments.
