“I really just want to be warm yellow light that pours over everyone I love.” - Conor Oberst

Every color is magical. Each one speaks to us in different ways, conveys different emotions and tells a different story.

We are getting together to explore a color each month in our Chase the Rainbow Project. This month’s color is YELLOW 💛

I almost didn’t take a yellow photo this month. Life has been a bit heavier lately and I didn’t know how to hold a colour that’s meant to feel so bright.

But there was something about this yellow door tucked quietly in the middle of the sunflowers. It felt warm, like an invitation to pause, breathe, and step a little closer to the light.

Proof that the Easter Bunny has competition this year 🐰

Under the chocolate and the chaos, Easter always brings me back to this… love, connection, and the in between moments that become everything.

Hold them close.
Happy Easter 🐣

There’s something really special about not just capturing the light… but shaping it.

I can’t share my March moments. So many of them were spent sitting beside my dad, in a room where time felt both fast and painfully slow.

What I will share is this… Life doesn’t pause when things get hard. It keeps moving. And somewhere inside the heaviness, there are still small, quiet moments that matter.

March changed me.

It reminded me that you don’t always realise what a moment means until it’s the one you wish you could go back to.

My dad passed away this week.

I’ll be a little quieter here for a while as I spend time with my family.

But I wanted to leave you with this… Take the photos. Be in them. Even when you don’t feel ready. Because one day, they’ll be the ones you hold onto most.

Thank you for being here 🤍

A little note from me.

My family is going through a very difficult time right now as my dad is in hospital and very unwell. Because of that, things here will be a little quieter for a while.

I’m still taking photos when I can, because that’s how I process the world, but I’m not feeling much like sharing at the moment. Thank you for your patience and understanding while I focus on being present with my family.

Mint moments and make-believe tea. Because every well loved teddy deserves a warm drink and a quiet chat. 🍵🧸

They’re almost always just outside the frame.

Fixing hair.
Wiping noses.
Making sure everyone else looks okay.

The women I photograph rarely worry about how they look. They worry about everyone else first.

And yet, years from now, it won’t be the perfectly styled moments that matter. It will be the way their children leaned into them. The way their hands were always there.

If you’re the mum who keeps stepping back, this is your reminder: You belong in the photo too. Not because you look perfect.
Because you were everything.

February, you were full.

Our pup turned 4. My nephew hit 18. School went back and my boy is happy, settled, likes his teacher and even made a new friend. That alone feels like a win.

We snuck away to the Gold Coast to celebrate some special birthdays. Sea World and Movie World were chaos in the best way, but my absolute highlight was the Australian Outback Spectacular. What a show. I was blown away.

On the business side, I stepped into something new with a promo shoot for Wildfire Day Spa. Such a fun experience for me. And I even fit in a beautiful family session while we were in Queensland.

Grateful for the big moments and the quiet ones in between.

This year I’m participating in the . Creativity keeps my work (and my heart) honest.

We are getting together to explore a color each month in our Chase the Rainbow Project. This month’s color is BROWN 🤎

Every colour is magical. Each one speaks to us in different ways, conveys different emotions and tells a different story. For me, brown looks like childhood in its rawest form.

A little wild.
A little fierce.
A lot of imagination.
