We have adopted an ‘all inclusive’ approach to make our packages as simple as possible. Our standard hire times range from two to seven hours and all include the following:
1. Full choice of customised backdrop and curtain options to suit your event and venue theming.
3. Studio quality images and everything your guests need to go to town.
4. USB containing all high res images.
5. Delivery, setup and a friendly booth assistant for the duration of your hire.
6. All images uploaded to FB for your guests to use and share either on our public page or a private group
FAQ:
Does it print on the spot? we also provide a digital gallery so your guests can download the image for free. The advantage of going this way is that those who would like a print can download the images they require copies of and get as many prints as they wish. Those that want to use the images as a screen saver, for emails, Facebook etc can do that too, there are so many more options available in going this way. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to book your service and to secure your agreed date and time, the service must be paid for; initially the booking will be entered as a temporary booking and upon receipt of your payment, the date and time will be secured. If your booking is a temporary booking and another customer wishes for the same date and time or overlapping time frames, the customer who makes the payment will be secured for their booking. Payments are non-refundable. Distributed Media:
In all cases for all sessions, your photos will be available within 24 hours from the time of your session taking place. In many cases, your photos will be available prior to this, however, please allow up to this period to receive your photos. Age Appropriate and Guardianship:
Our terms and conditions is a legal binding agreement, between our business operators, employees and our customers paying or other. In order to agree to our terms and conditions, you must be of age 18 years or over. When booking a session, if you are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult to ensure your safety and ours. It is important that this clause is honoured. If our team attends and you are not accompanied by an adult, your session will not proceed. What Will Justify Cancellation By photographer:
Our Photographer will not commence shooting until money is received, our photographer will not accept or tolerate abuse (verbal or physical) and should this be received, immediate cancellation will be presented and all monies paid forfeited by the customer. If equipment is damaged during your session, due to yourself, your guests or if shooting animals, you will be responsible for the repair or replacement of the damaged equipment; this is only fair as this is our income. If you lure our photographer to a session under false pretences or you request a photographer to attend for any reason other than to perform photography or photography training, you will be automatically billed for the photographer’s time or session at the highest rate in accordance with the pricing guide on our website/page. What Will Justify Being Refused Service / Refund / Communication? We are human, therefore, we feel, we feel your frustrations, we feel your pain and overall, we sympathize with nearly all conditions or situations, however, one thing we cannot and will not sympathize with or tolerate is being abused (verbally or physically), this does of course include being sworn at, threatened or otherwise similar. Should a customer or guests feel the absolute need to take their frustrations out on our team for any reason whatsoever (regardless of who caused the situation), you agree by these terms and conditions to forfeit any and all monies paid and you also agree that your photographs (if already captured) will be destroyed without notice or hesitation. Once images have been delivered to the client under no circumstances is a refund in part or full applicable or granted. All payments and monies paid are non-refundable. Photo Rights / Usage / Permission:
As a paying customer, you own the rights to duplicate, sell or otherwise use in any manner you wish, You also hereby grant Mini Marvels Photography permission to use the photographs in our portfolio, on our website, social media network sites and in media, however, if the photographer wishes to sell the image, 50% of the profits made from the sale must be provided to the person(s) in the image. When you utilize our services, you agree, so long as a profit is not made and no money is changing hands that Mini Marvels Photography may submit photos that are appropriate for publication to media and/or publications. In doing so, you'll be advised of this prior to, or at the time of submitting. Weather / Unexpected Circumstances:
Neither you nor our team can predict the weather patterns, it is common knowledge that often the weather advisors have trouble themselves, in the unfortunate event that the weather is not going to plan prior to or during the planned session, a re-schedule will be made that is convenient to both you and the photographer. No refunds will be made. Weather conditions such as potential rain or extreme heat (> 35 degrees) will justify a reschedule of your session. It is important to ensure the safety of our customers foremost and our equipment is also paramount. Indemnity / Release from Responsibility:
When you engage our services, expertise or knowledge, you agree that you do so at your own risk and that Mini Marvels Photography and employees will not be held liable for any damages, compensation, loss or injury or public humiliation from photos taken. You agree that you will hold all the appropriate licenses and gain the appropriate permissions to allow professional photography in the location chosen. Additional Editing and Services:
No editing is performed on your session, skin blemish removal can be provided, as well as additional editing such as colour splash or special effects including background removal/change maybe charged at additional rates where requested by the customer.
