Oh my goodness, the anger and frustration I, along with other trained photographers, experience when we stumble across such BTS footage of this pose. ⚠️
And there are no spare hands either to save the baby if a fall does occur. 😱
Please do not put your newborns at risk just because you're getting cheaper photos.🚫
One jerk of the baby, and they can end up hurting their spine and/or wrist.
Worst of all, this is being done on a prop from which they baby will fall directly onto the hard floor and bump their head on the corner of the bed prop. 😡
At my studio, I do not even do these froggy/princess poses because I do not deem them safe for the baby. However, if you are going to get them done, know the safety measures beforehand.
