For your safety, please remember:

❌ I will NOT ask you to transfer money to a different account
❌ If payment details suddenly change, DO NOT PAY

If you receive an email requesting payment and anything looks different or unusual, please STOP and contact me directly through my Facebook business page before sending any money.

If you have received one of these fraudulent emails, please do not make payment and do not reply to the email.

🩷 A Little Note to My Wonderful Customers💜

Firstly, thank you so much to everyone who continues to support Clicks, Cakes & Catering. Every order, recommendation and kind word truly means the world to me. 💛

As many of you know, I work full-time outside of my business, I'm a mum to two beautiful children, and I also run my coffee trailer. Every booking I take is carefully planned around my work and family commitments to ensure I can give each customer the time, care and quality they deserve. 💚

💙 My dates fill up very quickly, so I encourage you to book as early as possible to avoid missing out. When I accept a cake or catering booking, I often turn down coffee trailer events and begin ordering ingredients, packaging and supplies well before your event.

To help my small business run as smoothly as possible, I kindly ask that everyone respects the following booking policy:

🩵 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

💜 Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

💛 The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event, unless we've discussed and agreed on another arrangement beforehand.

🩷 As ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance and your date is reserved especially for you, deposits are non-refundable.

🧡 One small favour I ask is that payments are made by the agreed due date. As I juggle a full-time job, my family and my business, I simply don't have the time to follow up outstanding invoices. Your prompt payment allows me to focus on preparing your orders and providing the best service possible. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support—it truly means the world to me.

What an honour it was to cater for the NAIDOC Week morning tea at Kempsey District Hospital.

A huge thank you to Kempsey District Hospital for trusting me and my amazing team to be part of such a meaningful celebration. We are so grateful for the opportunity to provide a delicious morning tea while celebrating culture, community and connection.

Our menu included:
✨ Chicken Schnitzel Salad Wraps
✨ Assorted Fresh Sandwiches
✨ Homemade Quiches
✨ Freshly Baked Scones with Jam & Cream
✨ Homemade Brownies
✨ Cupcakes topped with Strawberries, M&M's & Marshmallows

Everything was made with care, and it was a pleasure to contribute to such a special event.

What an incredible day! ❤️

A huge thank you to Stangs and Dhina Durriti for inviting us to be part of today’s NAIDOC Celebration at Verge Street Oval. We are so grateful to have been included in such a special day celebrating culture, community and connection.

To everyone who stopped by our van, thank you. We hope you enjoyed your coffee, tea, hot chocolate, chai and our loaded croffle waffles. Seeing so many smiling faces made all the hard work worthwhile.

A massive thank you to my amazing crew – Danielle Gilligan (Danielle) , talinga holder (Tahlea) and Adam Mickle . You absolutely smashed it today! We barely had a moment to stop, but we kept pushing through together and couldn’t have done it without each of you.

And a special shout out to Liam and Jedd Holder for being our lifesavers today, making milk runs when we completely ran out of supplies. You kept us going and we truly appreciate your help.

Days like today remind us why we love what we do. Thank you to the entire community for your ongoing support. We are incredibly grateful and can’t wait to see you all again at the next event. ❤️
