Jack & Caitlin had one clear vision for their wedding day: delicious food, exceptional wine, and smooth live jazz. “Basically, we’re taking our friends and family on what would usually be a date night for us — just a little more dressed up.”

They’re two of the warmest, most welcoming people you could meet, and I felt truly privileged to be part of their celebration amid the timeless charm of Franca in Potts Point.

In September 2026, I’ll be back in Europe with a camera in hand and space for just a few destination weddings while I’m there.

Friday I’m in love. A rainy winter’s day, yet charged with magic—Alex and Matt flew in from London to marry and celebrate surrounded by their closest loved ones in Sydney.

Their day unfolded across two unique venues, each glowing with low-lit, cinematic charm: a heartfelt ceremony at the Ace Hotel in Surry Hills, and a reception at Chez Beckett’s in Glebe—a beautifully restored 1857 sandstone building, where velvet drapes and golden light make you feel like you’ve stepped into a timeless Parisian film.

I’m thankful to have been part of such a special day that was planned in only two months.
