een since we moved to the north in Western Australia (from Adelaide) that we saw all the beauty here and wanted to share with everyone. I think this area, is either somewhere you visit, or somewhere you live. We live here because Tony’s work is here. It’s remote, the post is slow, there are no stoplights in town, only roundabouts. If you drive 5 minutes on either side of town at night, you’ll hit the kind of darkness where you can shoot astral photography (stars and galaxies and stuff). You also will need to watch out for stray cows and kangaroos on the road. There are crocs in the lake, crocs in the rivers and the heat...well, the heat is something else. I’m sure that people come here to live and can’t wait to get out. But there are just as many who come here for a year and end up staying 15 or more. You get that sense of “hey, it’s 42 degrees Celsius today but it’s not that bad.” It’s not for everyone. The beauty of the country is all around us and it’s good. Tony and Karen
