One of my favorite pics. Was not staged. The key thing about a pro is they have a "photographer's eye" and can spot visual stories that distill the world into a small square that tells your story. This one nicely shows the mexhanical engineering behind drilling a well.

Last week we saw a large semisub rig was anchored just off North Perth. It was the COSL Prospector on hercway to NZ after a long voyage from the other side of the world.
I had hoped to get out there to get some good photos but she has now left before my boat is back on the water.

Working pro bono for Whitfords Volunteer Sea Rescue we were priviliged to do drone filming of S/V Duyfken arriving at Hillarys Marina welcomed and helped by WVSR rescue vessel Green2 and some other local boats.
