Some of you might know that my husband and I used to run and that we still own the shop. We have made the decision to let the shop go.

We are looking for expressions of interest.

A few specs of the shop:

📍Address 2/230 Maitland road, Islington. Right in front of Islington park.

📐 Area - 63 m2 + 10m2 storage + 1 enclosed car space.

⚙️ it’s fully equipped for food - commercial exhaust system and fully compliant grease trap.

📝 current tenants still have 1 year on the lease.

It’s a great opportunity to walk in and do what you desire.
