Fairly quiet on here, and mainly use Insta for pics, but here's a couple of yellow pics to fit recent posts over on IG.

Fun fact is yellow is one of the three colours used in domestic printing along with black to create a colour image.

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS DAY

Do we bend ourselves over backward for people, or do we fold forwards to protect ourselves?

The trick is finding the balance and to reach out to help someone. Don't wait for them to reach for help, it's too late by then.

Reach forward, be proactive and stop relying on the government handouts and publicity of mental health assistance.

Check to find some more advice to be proactive

It takes a city to raise the human, and humans to make the city.

Art is life, life is art, or is it?

If you follow my IG page you know some of what I do, and with the media hyperbole about mental health, it's time to reach out.

If you are in the majority in some LGAs picnics are now possible. So take the time to pick up the phone and make a phone call, not message, text, snap etc, pick up the phone and call someone.

Don't rely on them to reach out, do the reaching out and support them.

Check your friends, check yourself and save a life, stop relying on government propping up an over worked system, it takes adults to make a village, and a village to make an adult.

CELEBRATE THE LAND, NOT WHAT HAPPENED!

After watching the comments, ideas, suggestions etx about the 26th of January, here's my thought.

Let's celebrate the physical country, every single one of us... the physical country that provides our building materials, our food, our culture to name a few.

Let us honour each and every person who has stood on that land, that lived here, that was born here as far back as individual beliefs go.

Let us take time to forgive, respect each others beliefs, but let us honour that physical country the flag pole was planted into.

Gondwanaland, Terror Australis Incognito, New Holland, The Great Southern Land.
