Beneath the sky so calm, so wide
Lie those who fought and those who died
They left their homes, their hopes, their years
To face the guns, the smoke, the tears

The world they knew was torn apart
Yet courage burned in every heart
They marched through hell so we could live
They gave their all, with all to give

Now silence falls, the bugles call
We stand in awe, remembering all
Their names are written on the stone
But in our hearts, they’re never gone

The poppy blooms where they once tread
Its crimson hue, the blood they shed
For every life, for every friend
Their legacy will never end

We will remember them
Lest we forget

Got along to the NTFA Inc. vs SFL Community League game yesterday. Got a lot of photos to get through. I've gotten both the mens and women's games to do. :) I will start them sometime today.
