Update on my insurance saga, its been almost four months since the water event and my claim is almost settled.
I should be purchasing new camera equipment in the coming week, and hope to be available for bookings by the end of the month.

Wishing Everyone a very Merry Xmas and a Happy New Years, eat food, love hard and remember to make tonnes of memories.

Hopefully after New Years I may have more information about my contents claim regarding my Camera Equipment that was water affected when my home had a water event. I really miss doing what I love.

I have some 'not so good' news, I will be out of action and unable to take any bookings for the foreseeable future as my unit was flooded from a ruptured hot water flexi hose and my camera gear has been water affected.
So sorry to have to deliver this news, I am devastated.. I truly hope my insurance claim will be approved for my camera at the very least.
I will update when I can, at the moment I am currently living in a holiday park with my cat Meika for a week and am not sure what will happen after that as my unit sustained extensive water damage along with majority of my belongings/furniture.

Guess who quietly entered her first photographic competition and WON an award.

I loved this image so much, I put so much time into the processing to achieve something very special, and it met the criteria for the competition, and entering a photographic competition was something I had never done before I was not sure It would be good enough.

They tell me this years entries were of the highest standard in four years,, so receiving an award is very special indeed. Highly commended means the entry is of a high standard and was selected in the second shortlist.

I am pretty chuffed!

Friendly reminder to those who have gift vouchers, the month of June is almost over.. please contact me to ensure your voucher remains valid.
I will be back on deck mid July, I will honour those vouchers that have been validated, if you don't make contact by the end of June then sorry your voucher will expire and therefore will be unusable.

Notice: I will be unavailable for the next few weeks as my Mum is in hospital.
Anyone with gift vouchers expiring next month please call me on my mobile or message via messenger to make a temporary booking before the end of June, we can then move that booking to a time more suitable once I become available.
If no temporary booking is made and the vouchers expire, they will no longer be valid, therefore they cannot be used.

Decided to get out of the house, it is pretty lonely now my dog Mahli has gone to the rainbow bridge.

Took myself off to a rodeo event on the weekend with my trusty Nikon, there are plenty more images I have not yet added to the album.

Tested out my new Tamron lens, think it held up its end of the bargain don't you think? :-)

I will be out of the office till further notice.. I had to send my precious Mahli off on her journey for the rainbow bridge this afternoon.. aged 17 yrs, 6 months and 16 days.. My heart is broken ♥
