Today is National PI Day.
But PI is not pretty so I took some creative license and changed it up a bit!

I tried to learn a bunch of stuff about PI so I could teach you something interesting, but it was all really boring.

So instead I recommend eating PIE or making a PIE.
Or do math...
Or lie down and do neither.

BLAH! ♥️
We have so much,
So much to say.
So many words,
In just one day!
We talk and talk,
To no avail.
And the words we speak,
Begin to pale.
They start to come out,
A little broken.
Sharp of tooth,
And poorly spoken.
We use our words,
To hurt and hinder.
Set to flame,
All wood and cinder.
We care not for,
How our words sound.
We make them up,
Then throw them round.
Tiny barbs,
And tiny splinters.
Colder than,
A thousand Winters.
And when we tire,
With our piece said.
We crawl into,
Our cosy beds.
Certain that,
Our words were true.
We said everything,
We thought we knew.
But words are air,
And nothing more.
There’s more value,
In a Lion’s roar.
They have no meaning,
‘Cept to portray,
How we’re feeling,
In our day.
If times are sad,
And you are blue.
The words you speak,
Will be untrue.
So check your heart,
Before you speak.
Think of the havoc,
Your words could wreak.
If this is just,
Too much to bring.
Then DO NOT SAY,
A FU***NG THING!
