FYI 😕
We are continuing to struggle through, and have had to make the decision to close Cockburn tomorrow Tuesday.
Tuesdays in particular have been difficult for sales, often not even covering the cost of a team member keeping it open for the day.
We may have to continue Tuesdays as a closed day in Cockburn until times get better - it will be reflected on our google page.

September is usually a good month for us - being 9 months after Christmas/summer holidays with many babies arriving.
And this year it has proven to be our worst month so far in 2023, and I am scared of the lead up to Christmas won't help us back up on our feet.
In particular being due with baby #3 4th of Jan - I won't be able to take on shifts for a while after to save on costs.
I thought we would be on a better road by now, having worked 7 days covering Hillarys myself saving wages for the last few months, but alas...

I know many of us struggle these days - the rising cost of living is making it very hard. And for us small businesses, we are often the first to be hit. We simply don't have the same means as the big companies - or even our suppliers - our margins are not big enough to keep up with sale after sale, and our buying power to small to negotiate better pricing.
What we do offer though - is an amazing customer service, curated range along with the opportunity for you to touch, see, feel and try the products before purchasing.
