Ngl, I had a bit of an "oh crap, I picked up the extra hot one" moment when I got home from Fiji Pantry with this. Panic was purely because I can't do a heap of chilli these days (again, old age) and thought I might end up wasting it, but worst case scenario, I've got friends that do hot-ass spice really well and I could just palm it off to them... Paul, Mikey, Sywoo? 🤔 (at the time of writing this or rather typing this - I'll get them to taste it - no way I am parting ways with this now)

Anyway, turns out this has flavour. The burn isn't there just to burn your as***le open the next day, it's the good kind of spice, not the "restarting your chest reactor, reach for the Gaviscon" kind either. The flavour's balanced, doesn't overpower your food. In my case, my Pizza Hut pizzas went from just pizza to "oh wow, this is good sh*t."

JungliChilli you've got an amazing product and I'm very glad I stumbled onto it. My sister raves about the Chilli Jam, that's probably the next buy.

Side note, it's one of those things seeing your brothers and sisters from your country doing great things. Love my Fiji gang. 🇫🇯

If I wasn't dying of sickness right now I'd be trying this on everything. Fried rice is getting delivered soon though, so this is definitely going on that.
