Some places seem to hold a little extra magic.

Hidden amongst the towering gums and quiet beauty of the Darlington Point forests, time seemed to slow. The breeze whispered through the trees, golden light danced between the branches, and two hearts stood waiting for the one that will soon make them a family.

There was something so effortless about this afternoon. Just gentle moments, quiet smiles, hands reaching for each other, and a love that spoke louder than words ever could.

Some people leave an impression long after you've packed your camera away, and these two are exactly that. Kind, genuine, and so deeply in love—it was an honour to witness this chapter of their story.

These images aren't just photographs. They're a love letter to the little soul who will one day look back and see just how fiercely they were loved before they ever took their first breath.

My heart is so full after this one. 🤍

A little reminder that if I've been quiet on social media, it's not because I've disappeared! 😅

I've been flat out behind the scenes, photographing beautiful people, editing galleries, planning sessions, and doing all the things that don't always make it onto the feed.

Rick and Robyn are two of the most genuine, kind-hearted people you could ever hope to meet. ❤️

Every time I photograph beautiful mum Helet, I swear she looks like a glamorous princess straight from a fairytale book bought to life infront of my lens.
She carries herself with so much grace and warmth, and her beautiful boys are just as lovely — kind, gentle, and full of love.

Helet is the kind of mum who radiates patience, care, and kindness in every moment, and it has been such an honour to be part of her maternity journeys over the years. Watching her family grow and capturing these memories for them truly means so much.

These are the last images Ruby's taken, and I’m honestly so proud of how far she’s come in such a short time. Her confidence and eye behind the camera just keep growing, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes her.

This family was absolutely amazing and so patient, and together they created some truly stunning images. Rebekah messaged me later that night to say Ruby did such a wonderful job easing everyone’s anxiety and making them feel comfortable in front of the camera — and honestly, that made me even prouder. 🤍

Unfortunately our house has had a rough run with the flu over the past couple of weeks, and now poor Ruby Bear has gone and broken two fingers. 💔

For everyone currently booked in with Ruby, I’ll be stepping in to take your sessions until she’s able to properly use her hand again. Thank you all so much for supporting her and cheering her on — it truly means the world to both of us. 🤍

Some sessions just fill your cup

Naomi and Tracey have the kind of mother–daughter bond everyone wishes they had — hilarious, quick-witted, a little bit cheeky, and absolutely full of love. The way they adore their family is something really special, and I’m so lucky to not only capture these moments for them, but to also call them friends.

And little Zaniyah… STOP IT 😭 Her face absolutely glows with excitement in every single photo. The smiles, the sass, the cuddles — she had me over here melting behind the camera the entire session.

These are the memories that deserve to be held onto forever.

Some people say blended families are hard, but this right here is what step parenting should look like 🤍

I will forever be grateful to this beautiful lady — not only for bringing an extra child into my life that I love with all my heart, but for the incredible family that came with him too.

Our kids know each other as family, her kids know my kids, and my kids know hers. There’s love, support and respect, and I know that if I was ever in a pickle, she would be there in a heartbeat.

Things weren’t always easy, but looking at where we are now makes me so thankful that life brought her into my world.
