I am loving the sound healing course and meeting some amazing people
I am seeing some amazing results.

I am about to go to a sound healing course and start to do healing with the use aura images. I will look at the energy centres that are most out of ballace and work on them.
Will also use tuning forks and bowls to scan the aura for blocked energy. The use of sound therapy can relieve stress and help release trauma of the past.
This is a very exciting time for me and think sound therapy is the way of healing in the future. Science is already studying the effects of sound on the human body and finding it beneficial for many disorders that are stress related.
Much of our illnesses are stress related, especially depression and immune disorders. So many people feel lost and abandoned in a society that is so fixated with what is happing outside themselves and not enough of the value of what is inside of us.
In the next instalment I will report back on what I have learnt on the course. Will also be showing off my new tuning forks and bowls.

Hi All, some of you may not know but I am a proud & passionate volunteer for Legacy. Many of you may also not know of the amazing work Legacy does. In my time with Legacy I have witnessed first hand an organisation that is committed to providing amazing care and support for over 65,000 people across Australia. You see, since world war 1 Legacy made a promise that every family of a serviceman or woman who has given their life or health serving our country would never suffer. Legacy continues to this work today and even supports families of veterans who have physical or emotional injuries.
